DASB Offers Subsidized VTA Bus Pass Program

Discounted monthly bus pass available for June — Application deadline Friday, May 13, 2011

DASB’s Environmental Sustainability committee welcomes you back to De Anza College for Spring Quarter! Thank you to everyone for participating in our previous bus token and monthly pass programs.

DASB is sponsoring a subsidized bus pass program again during Spring 2011. We invite all students eligible to apply.

We believe that every student should have access to affordable, alternative transportation!

About the program

What is it?

The Subsidized Bus Pass Program will provide a limited number of students with a subsidized bus pass for the month of June 2011.

You pay $20, while the other $50 is paid by your De Anza Associated Student Body. This monthly pass is only for the month of June 2011 and can be used any day of this month.

Who is Eligible?

Students need to meet the following criteria to participate in our Spring Quarter 2011 Subsidized Bus Pass program:

1. Current DASB student (If accepted, you will need to bring in a Print-Screen image of your Spring 2011 course schedule and your valid DASB card).
2. Must have completed and be currently enrolled in a minimum of 12 units with at least 2.5 GPA.
3. Be enrolled @ De Anza for Spring 2011.
4. Submission must be received by 11:59 p.m. on May 13, 2011.

Application Process

1. Open and complete the application form, following all instructions

2. Complete the form by 11:59 p.m. Friday, May 13 . Be prepared to bring in a Print-Screen image of your Spring 2011 course schedule and your valid DASB card, if you are accepted.

IMPORTANT:
Application will not be considered if not received by May 13, 11:59 p.m.
Transportation passes are allocated based on limited supply. By filling out this application you are also agreeing to participate in future surveys.
