Function of the Judicial Review Committee:

The DASB Judicial Review Committee becomes active when a majority of the DASB Senate has reason to believe a breach of the DASB Code of Conduct has been committed by a member, or wishes to review the DASB Code of Conduct and, if necessary, update or revise it. It recommends any disciplinary measures to be taken against violators of the DASB Code of Conduct to the DASB Senate.

The DASB Judicial Review Committee consists of the following voting members:

• DASB Executive VP (chair)
• At least two (2) DASB Senators but no more than four (4) DASB Senators
• Any DASB members at large but no more than five (5) DASB members at large

and the following ex-officio members:

• Advisor - John Cognetta
