KEEP IN MIND THE FOLLOWING POLICIES:
- Your assigned DSS Counselor must fill out and sign your TAV first.
- Give yourself enough time before the exams begins.
- Schedule and appointment to see your counselor, or plan to come to the DROP - IN time.
- ONLY your assigned DSS counselor is to fill out TAV's and NO OTHER COUNSELOR.
- Each class requires a separate TAV.
