Scholarships

Throughout the year, the Financial Aid Office receives announcements of scholarships offered to De Anza students. The focus of each scholarship is different; some require high grade point averages, some require financial need and some require a major in a certain area of study. Available scholarships are posted on the Scholarship bulletin board, located in the lower level of the Hinson center. Both announcements and applications are available online on our scholarship listings page.

Students interested in obtaining information on privately funded scholarships should check in the Reference Section of the Learning Center for a variety of scholarship books or in the Financial Aid Office.

In addition, we recommend that each transfer student contact the various campuses of intended enrollment to inquire as to scholarship opportunities upon transfer. Many four year institutions offer a wide variety of scholarships to deserving students.
