We Can Help!

The Language Arts Division offers a comprehensive array of counseling services to support basic skills students with their educational, career and personal development.

Our counselors can help with students who are planning to earn career certificates, associate degrees or transfer to a four-year university.

This service is for students enrolled in basic skills courses READ 200 or 211, EWRT 200 or 211 or ESL 200, 234 or 244, provided they are not in another program or learning community.

To book an appointment with the counselor for basic skills, use our online scheduling system.
