The Library's goal is to provide its faculty, staff and students
with instruction that will promote learning by enabling the identification,
location, evaluation, and effective use of information. These classes are taught by the library faculty
and provide students with necessary skills for access, and use of information in today's society.

Emerging Internet Technologies, LCEN 55
In this exciting new class you will have a chance to
create and maintain a blog, import and explore images, and
discover how to locate and use RSS feeds.

Introduction to Online Research, LCEN 50
Learn to locate and evaluate high quality Internet resources appropriate
for college research.

Business Resources on the World Wide Web, LCEN 51
Locate and examine websites containing company information, industry research,
business news sources, job searching, and consumer data.

Advanced Internet Search Techniques, LCEN 53
Sharpen your Internet search skills. Learn new ways of searching
and examining websites once you have found them. This class also
introduces several "non-commercial" search tools.
All classes are one unit and taught online.
