Extended Opportunities Programs and Services
EOPS is a statewide program designed to assist California residents who are enrolled in college full-time and need additional services to overcome financial and educational disadvantages to succeed in school. EOPS students are often single parents, former foster youth, immigrants, or returning veterans. Students are provided with intensive support such as early registration, personal and academic counseling, transfer assistance, and grants and book assistance.
