Print Setup Recommendations for the "Department Print View" Option

In order to get a nice looking print-out of the department class listing, follow the instructions below for the Mozilla Firefox browser.

Microsoft Windows:

From the main menu:

File > Page Setup

Under the "Format & Options" section, set the "Scale" to 65% and check the box next to the "Print Background." (See image below.)

Under the "Margins & Header/Footer" section, set the margins for:

• Top: 0.5
• Left: 0.3
• Right: 0.3
• Footer: 0.5

Then, set all the Headers and Footers to "blank" with the exception of bottom right footer. Set this to "Page # of #." (See image below.)

Then go to File > Print

Apple Mac OS 10.6:

From the main menu:

File > Page Setup

Set "Scale" to 65%. (See image below.) Click "OK."

Then go to File > Print

Make sure your dialog box is fully expanded. In the drop down menu in the middle of the dialog box, select "Firefox." Uncheck "Ignore Scaling and Shrink To Page Width." Make sure that both "Print Background Colors" and "Print Background Images" are checked. Set all Page Headers and Footers to "blank" with the exception of the bottom right footer. Set this to "Page # of #." (See image below.)

Click the "Print" button.
