From the main menu, use this path: Edit > Preferences

Under the main tab "Security" make sure that the boxes next to "Enable Java" and "Enable JavaScript" are checked. Make sure that the box next to "Block pop-up windows" is not checked.

Make sure the radio button next to "Accept cookies" is selected for "Only from sites you navigate to".

Older Versions of Safari
