Degree and Enrollment Verification

Request Options

1. Students and other authorized agencies may request De Anza enrollment and degree verifications through the National Student Clearinghouse.
2. Students may also request enrollment verifications in person at Admissions and Records.

De Anza has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide online and phone degree and enrollment verifications. There is a separate charge for use of these services. Please refer to the National Student Clearinghouse website for information.

Students may request enrollment verifications directly from the Clearinghouse for a $2.50 fee. Free student enrollment verifications will be available soon through MyDeAnza. Students may also email a copy of their schedules or unofficial transcripts directly to insurance or other agencies through MyDeAnza at no charge.
