A multimedia lecture room is defined as a standard, lecture room with a computer, document camera, and visual presenter.  All multimedia lecture room has internet access and is equipped with a laptop plug-in port.  The Audio Visual Department is responsible for maintaining the multimedia equipment in existing rooms and bringing new multimedia lecture rooms online, the Scheduling Office will frequently update the list of multimedia rooms base on updates from the Audio Visual Department. 

The equipment in the multimedia rooms are expensive to maintain and replace, please contact Tech Help (408-864-8324) if the equipment is not working properly or if you need assistance in understanding how to use any of the machines.  Additionally, please help prevent vandalism by making sure the multimedia rooms are properly locked when you are done using the classrooms; anyone who is caught violating this college rule will be reported to their division deans.
