To mitigate confusion and ensure that everyone (division, faculty, and scheduling office) are aware of classroom changes, the Scheduling Office requires all room change requests go through the division dean. The Scheduling Office will try to fill all room change requests; however, please keep in mind that the college only have a limited number of smart (multimedia) classrooms.
If you have a medical condition and need classroom accommodation, please visit the HR district office for details on how to file proper forms and get your needs documented. The Scheduling Office will honor and accommodate all ADA requests from the district office.
