In June 1999, the Board of Trustees of the Foothill DeAnza Community College District adopted the District Diversity Vision Statement recognizing the strengths that cultural diversity, including disability culture and cognitive diversity, bring to the college community. The vitality that diverse student, staff and faculty contribute is evident at De Anza.
