Primary functions and technologies
Coordinating with other groups across campus and in the district, the teams that make up the Technology Resources Group are dedicated to finding the best solutions to achieve the college's instructional goals and meet our faculty and students' needs.
The Technology Resources Group reports to the Office of Marketing and Communications.
The Technology Resources Group (TRG) works closely with all Instructional Divisions and Departments, Student Services and the District based Educational Technology Services to provide De Anza's students, faculty, staff and community with the most appropriate and reliable technology solutions to support and enhance our ability to serve students.
Educational Technology Services (ETS) provides mission critical technology support to the TRG and to De Anza, Foothill and the District offices including network management (ethernet and wi-fi), phone systems, data center, desktop and laptop computer repair and support and classroom AV support.
Our De Anza-based Technology Resources Group is located in the Media and Learning Center, on the south side of the second floor. The MLC is located next to the Flint Parking Structure. See map.
