Banner is closed for room resolution. When done, the Scheduling Coordinator will open the system back up for instructor, load, and pay related changes. All other changes, such as adding/canceling a class, changing days, times, and rooms must be done via an MSI.

Until this date, you can make all instructor, load, and pay changes on your own in Banner. After this date, Banner is closed for payroll contract process; and all instructor, load, and pay related changes must be done via an MSI form.

Use the Schedule Calendar Timeline to plan your work and keep track of important scheduling deadlines.  If you are a division scheduler, please pay careful attention to the deadlines highlighted in yellow. Once Banner System is closed off for room resolutions, all rooms and unused time slots are released to the Scheduling Office; divisions no longer have priority or ownership of their rooms. Additionally, any changes or modifications after the system is closed off, must go through the Scheduling Coordinator.

*Class schedule production for fall quarter is short due to the April catalog deadline and July early registration.
