- Staff will report that Postal Services processes mail in a courteous and timely manner.
- Include both the first and last name and department of the person to whom the item is to be delivered.
- Keep campus mail separated from outgoing USPS mail to be metered.
The college has permits for first-class mail, third-class mail and business reply mail. Contact the mailroom for additional information on the proper use of permits and the latest in postal regulations.

LOCATION Administration Building
To ensure that your outoging USPS and FedEx mail and packages go out the same day, bring item to the mailroom by 2 p.m. for the daily
3:30 p.m. pickup.
Campus mail includes courier service to and from the off-campus facilities. Bring to the mailroom by 9:30 a.m. for same-day deliveryto Foothill and Central Services.
There is a US Postal mailbox for personal outgoing mail outside the
De Anza mailroom entrance. Pickup is 3 p.m.
INCOMING Mail Delivery
Incoming USPS, district and campus mail and packages will be sorted and placed in mailroom department and faculty mailboxes within a 4-hour window.
Both FT and PT faculty have individual mailboxes.
